Post Anonymous vs. Scientology
I'm glad that the latest video from "Anonymous" is a little more detailed in what they're looking to accomplish. Although I sincerely hope none of their actions are such that they will be able to be manipulated by the Cult of Scientology into some sort of religious prosecution/martyrdom scenario. Some of the actions taken by those CoS nutters are seriously criminal and dangerous.

Post Re: Anonymous v Scientology
I agree that as long as the protests remain peaceful and nonviolent, things will be fine -- Anonymous has already vehemently denied being the ones who sent the nontoxic white powder to various CoS centers. That was a bad move by whoever did it, since it punishes innocent people and wastes police and other resources, and casts a bad light on the efforts of peaceful protesters, but hopefully it was an isolated incident.

This newest press release video is a little long winded (as usual), but does a good job of making it very clear that these protests are nonviolent and that they're not about religious discrimination -- quite the opposite. It's about rescuing people from the very immoral and irresponsible actions of those trying to brainwash them and rob them blind, a downward spiral that often ends in suicide and leaves families in ruins.

Agreed.

This latest press release was pretty much exactly what I was looking for. Bringing the Freezone folk into the mix basically smashes any issues regarding "religious intolerance." I was worried that Co$ would hide behind some obscure hate crime legislation that they had themselves surely violated in the past.
